School Playground Transformed – HFCS Rathcoole

Here is a recent project we completed in Holy Family Community School (Primary) in Rathcoole, County Dublin.

What was once a dour, unsafe concrete playground is now a colourful and safe multi-use play area thanks to our SCHOOLS GRASS. This was an install directly onto the concrete area, including a foam underlay to provide added safety for falls and HIC (Head Injury Criteria).

The grass drains off very quickly after rain making it usable all year round.

We also installed a running track around the perimeter, which can be used for 'The Daily Mile' which is now common in schools. Let 'em out and run and play we say!
